DC Planning Consultancy are based in Eccleshall, in rural Staffordshire, close to the County town of Stafford. We operate primarily across the whole of the West Midlands and North West regions, including Staffordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire and Warrington, but also operate nationwide.
Declan is a qualified Master of Town & Country Planning (MTCP), graduating from the University of Manchester. He is also a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and operates in accordance with the Institutes Professional Code of Conduct, bringing with it the highest standards of professionalism, quality and expertise.
With a background in Development Management, working for, or on behalf of, several Local Planning Authorities across Staffordshire and Cheshire, Declan brings together over 10 years of experience in Town & Country Planning. His background and experience in Development Management brings a vital and detailed knowledge of the planning system, an understanding of local and national planning issues, and the expertise in how the system works and can be influenced.
